1. Scope of Warranty

We warrant that the services provided by AccentPixels —including but not limited to website design, development, branding, UI/UX design, and digital content—will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards.

This warranty applies only to paid services and to the original client who entered into the agreement with AccentPixels.

 

2. Warranty Period

AccentPixels provides a 30-day service warranty period beginning from the final delivery or launch date of your project.

Within this time, we will fix any bugs, errors, or omissions directly related to the agreed project scope, at no additional cost.

 

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Changes or updates requested outside the original project scope

  • Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, hosting environments, or client-side edits

  • Content, images, or assets supplied by the client

  • SEO performance, search rankings, or third-party software integrations

  • Website downtime or security breaches due to external causes (e.g., hosting failure, outdated plugins)

  • Client misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow provided instructions

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure proper service under this warranty, clients must:

  • Notify AccentPixels Creative of any issues within the 30-day warranty period

  • Provide access to the relevant website or design files

  • Avoid altering the core code or structure before UXScale completes the warranty request

5. Limitations of Liability

AccentPixels total liability under this warranty is strictly limited to correcting the service defect or, at our discretion, refunding the portion of fees paid for the affected work. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered product.

 

6. Ongoing Support

After the 30-day warranty period, ongoing maintenance, updates, or feature enhancements can be provided under a separate support or retainer agreement.
