By accessing and using the services of AccentPixels Creative Services & Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all services provided by AccentPixels, including but not limited to web design, development, branding, UI/UX design, digital consulting, and support.

 

Please read these Terms carefully before engaging our services.

 

1. Services Provided

AccentPixels Creative provides a range of creative and technical services, including:

  • Web design and WordPress development

  • UI/UX design and wireframing

  • Brand identity creation

  • Maintenance and support services

  • Design systems and prototyping

  • Digital consultancy

All services will be provided in accordance with a written proposal or service agreement mutually agreed upon by both parties.

 

2. Payments and Invoicing

  • A non-refundable deposit (usually 30–50%) is required to begin any project.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or according to agreed milestones.

  • Invoices are payable within 3 days of the issue date unless otherwise specified.

  • Late payments may incur a 5–10% late fee or suspension of services until the balance is paid.

3. Project Timelines

We will work with you to establish reasonable timelines. Delays caused by lack of client input, late payments, or scope changes may result in adjusted delivery dates. AccentPixels Creative is not responsible for missed launch dates due to client-caused delays.

 

4. Revisions & Scope

All projects include a limited number of revisions as defined in the proposal. Additional revisions or requests outside the original scope will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate or under a new agreement.

 

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables (e.g., designs, website assets, branding).

  • AccentPixels Creative retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to use open-source or third-party tools (plugins, frameworks, stock assets) which may be subject to their own licensing terms.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide all required content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner

  • Secure your own hosting, domains, licenses, or software unless otherwise arranged

  • Maintain backups and security after project handoff (unless under a maintenance plan)

7. Warranty and Support

  • AccentPixels Creative provides a 30-day post-launch warranty for bug fixes and performance issues related to our work (see our Service Warranty).

  • Ongoing support or updates beyond the warranty period require a separate maintenance agreement.

8. Termination and Refunds

  • Either party may terminate the project by written notice.

  • If the project is terminated before completion, the client agrees to pay for all work completed to date.

  • Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable, except at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccentPixels Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cebu Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
